I/We understand that Units in The Curve Fund are only redeemable on a Valuation Day, being the last New Zealand business day of each month. I/We understand this redemption request is irrevocable and must be received — with all required documentation — by the Manager or Fund Administration Manager before midday on the Valuation Day to be actioned in that month. I/We understand the Manager may in its sole discretion action a redemption on an alternative Valuation Day. I/We understand redemption proceeds will be paid within the first seven New Zealand business days of the month following the Valuation Day. I/We understand redemptions will only be paid to the bank account nominated by me/us on the application form or as subsequently advised to the Manager or Fund Administration Manager in writing. I/We understand payments to third-party bank accounts will not be made. I/We understand that the Manager and Fund Administration Manager may return a Redemption Request should I/We have failed to provide all required signatures or documentation. The expressions defined in the Product Disclosure Statement have the same meaning in this Redemption Form. The Curve Investments is the Manager of The Curve Fund.
